Shipping policy

Processing Times:

• Ready-made items will be processed within 5 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Custom-made items, will be processed as soon as they're ready. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for this.
• If you have an urgent request, please email us to discuss whether it'd be possible for a faster turnaround before placing your order. There may be an additional charge for this. 

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on the option you select.

UK Shipping: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. 

International Orders: Please contact us first for a postage quote. Customers will be responsible for any customs fees. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Address Accuracy: Please check your address carefully. We aren’t responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect info.

Damaged or Lost Parcels: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for damaged items so we can open a case with Royal Mail.
