Cancelling, Returns & Refunds:
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order; however, if anything isn’t quite as expected, please allow us the chance to resolve it for you first. Get in touch at dnahome.co.uk@gmail.com and let us put things right.
Personalised/Bespoke Items: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. Evidence of damage will be required and a case may be opened with the shipping provider.
Cancelling your order: You can cancel your order any time before dispatch and up to 14 days after receipt. Receipt is the day of delivery according to tracking information.
Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please make sure your order number is enclosed with the return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and you will be liable for all return shipping costs. It's recommended to use a tracked service for returns to help prevent them from being lost. Please contact us to discuss before sending items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item to discuss return/exchange/replacement or refund options.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
