The item I wanted is showing as sold out. Can I still buy it? If an item you love is out of stock, please get in touch using our contact form or email us. In many cases, we're happy to make another one for you. As every piece is handmade, your item may vary slightly from the original, making it uniquely yours.
Will my item look exactly like the photos? No and that's part of what makes handmade products so special! Every piece is individually crafted, meaning colours, patterns, marbling and finishes will vary slightly. Small air bubbles or subtle variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
What are your products made from? Our products are handcrafted using either premium UV, epoxy or eco resin, depending on the design. UV and Epoxy resin has a beautiful glossy, glass-like finish, while eco resin has a smooth, matte appearance similar to ceramic or stone.
How should I care for my item? To keep your item looking its best, wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products or abrasive materials. Our products are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked in water. They should also be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and sudden temperature changes to help preserve their finish.
Are your products food safe? Our decorative bowls, trays and other homeware are designed for decorative use only, unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Can I use my tray for candles? Our Eco-resin items make beautiful bases for candles. Epoxy resin shouldn't be used for candles because the heat can melt the resin. A battery-powered LED candle is a great alternative to use here.
Do you make custom or personalised orders? Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Whether you're looking for a specific colour palette, design or a personalised gift, we'd be delighted to discuss your ideas. Simply get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
How long will my order take to arrive? Ready-made items are usually dispatched within a few working days. If you've ordered a made-to-order or personalised item, please allow a little extra time while it's being carefully handcrafted. Check out our shipping page here.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? We hope you'll love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to put things right. As many of our products are handmade or personalised, returns may not always be possible unless the item is faulty. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes! Many of our products can be beautifully gift wrapped, making them perfect for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings and other special occasions. If gift wrapping is available for your chosen item, you'll be able to select this option before checkout.
Do you make wholesale or bulk orders? We may be able to accommodate larger orders for weddings, corporate gifts, events or retail stockists. If you'd like to discuss a bulk order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to provide a personalised quotation.
Can I request a colour that's not shown on your website? Absolutely! If you have a particular colour scheme in mind, we'd love to hear from you. While we can't guarantee every colour or finish, we'll always do our best to create something you'll love.
Why are there tiny bubbles or slight variations in my item? Each item is individually handmade rather than mass-produced. Tiny air bubbles, subtle colour variations and unique patterns are a natural part of the crafting process and add to the character of every piece. These are not defects but part of what makes your item truly one of a kind.
