Workshops

Modern workplaces can be exhausting. Constant pressure, overflowing inboxes, endless meetings and the expectation to always be “on” can leave people mentally drained and disconnected from themselves.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

After experiencing burnout multiple times in the same role, I realised how important creativity is for wellbeing. Making time to create gives your brain a break from stress, overthinking and constant demands. It allows people to slow down, switch off and reconnect with themselves in a genuinely healthy way.

That’s why I created dnahome Creative Wellness Workshops.

These workshops are designed for organisations that genuinely care about their people and want to offer something meaningful, calming and different from the usual corporate wellbeing activities.

Using art and creative activities, sessions encourage relaxation, creativity, conversation and mindfulness in a welcoming, pressure-free environment. No artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to take a pause from the day-to-day.

My workshops support:

  • Staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Team connection and morale
  • Stress reduction and mindfulness
  • Creative thinking and confidence
  • Psychological safety and positive workplace culture

Whether you’re looking for a one-off wellbeing session, team-building activity or part of a wider wellbeing programme, workshops can be tailored to suit your organisation.

If you believe wellbeing should be more than a tick-box exercise, I’d love to work with you.
